5 Steps after Auto Accident

Do Not Admit Fault - Let the Facts Decide!

1. Check on your passengers & other person. 

     CALL 911 - to report the accident.

2. Do NOT automatically exchange insurance info.

     Resist this urge. POLICE will VERIFY info & provide help.

3. TAKE CELL PHONE PHOTOS/ video -of other cars TAG 

     & all DAMAGE to cars.

4. Discuss what happened with police AWAY from the other driver.               PRESENT any photos, video, and witness testimony.
